I might also try some "Outside of the box" thinking to make it work. Only had about 30 mins last night to play with it. Trying to do all these things with one piece of equipment may not be possible, much less easy. Rad regen to the point where 1000Rads/Sec can't kill you (I think). Health regen to the point you are invincible.

Most perks added (want to make sure that if it adds a perk you already have then it doesn't remove it when you take it off). I'm afraid that someone with a str of 5 could put it on, have a strength of 10, then take it off and wind up with a strength of 1. I'll be needing to do some testing, but I don't think it will be as easy as increase strength by 10 then reduce strength by 10. Now enchantments remove easily when you take off the item, but scripts generally are more permenant, I think. On the quick and dirty test I did, too many Enchantments on an item crashed the game (either that or something wasn't set quite right). You would think that wouldn't be too hard, but apparently it's going to take some doing. Be able to be removed and return the character to normal. There are two things I want this thing to do:Ģ. I meant, they have some overpowered stuff in there, but nothing I would consider a god item.

Something I noticed the other night while browsing Nexus last night was they don't really have much in the way of cheat and god items. that is the awesome thing about this game there is no watching the XP bar for the next level it just sort of happens. NBD, leveling just sort of seemed to happen. Have dinged lvl 20 so that is the end of leveling. Cameras don't seem to be usable and I haven't found one on a wall anywhere. I still can't find the memorial picture to complete the quest.

then there was another accident, the world seems to be slaver free now. Well, I tipped them off about the slaves and then remembered which slaves these probably were. Got to the Lincoln Memorial and they were all fine with me, they just said not to go up the steps. I hope the republic of Dave is more forgiving after the accident I had there. This is really sad as it was the first place my character has gone where everyone seemed to like him, but take one hat and they never forgive you.
